Dr. Traylor is a published scientist and an 18 year industry veteran. She received here doctorate in Pharmacology/Toxicology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her post-doctorate at Duke University. She launched her career with a small devices/biologics oncology company in San Francisco. Since then Dr. Traylor has worked for both small biotech and big pharma firms and gained experience in hematology/oncology, renal disease, diabetes and immunology. Dr. Traylor has managed and coached MSLs for nearly 10 years including a novel role as an MSL Coach/Trainer for Novartis Oncology supporting the leadership team to maximize MSL/KOL engagements. She received her coaching certification to enhance her leadership skills, and practices a strengths based management style to develop high performing teams and individuals.
