Medical Science Liaison - Bayer
Christiane Carney is Medical Science Liaison at Bayer Healthcare in Women’s Health. She broke into the MSL role in March 2016 and was recognized as the best new Bayer MSL of 2016. Previously, Dr. Carney worked as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Chicago where she studied ovarian cancer metastasis. She completed her PhD in chemistry at Northwestern University with a thesis project focused on the development of novel MRI contrast agents for improved cancer detection. Dr. Carney has authored several publications, presented at national conferences, advocated for increased NIH funding on Capitol Hill, and represented the USA at an international meeting of Nobel Laureates.
